Order and Candidate statuses

Order's and Candidate's statuses guide you through the progress of your order in Einstein II and prompt your further steps. All the statuses are generated and displayed by the system automatically, depending on the steps you take.

  • The following order statuses do not apply to Open Per Diem orders which are always Open until the Organization closes them manually.

Organization creates an order.

Open

 Not Applied
Agency applies a Candidate to the order. In Progress Applied

Organization shortlists the Candidate (Optional).

 In Progress Shortlisted

The shortlisted Candidate attends an interview (Optional.)

 In Progress Interview
Organization offers a position to the Candidate. In Progress Offered

Organization rejects the Candidate.

OR

Agency rejects the offer.
  • Open (if there are no more
    Applied/Shortlisted/Custom/
    Withdraw/Offered/Accepted/
    Onboard Candidates
    available for the order.)
  • In Progress (if there are other
    Applied/Shortlisted/Custom/
    Withdraw/Offered/Accepted/
    Onboard Candidates
    available for the order.)

Rejected (the Agency may not reapply this Candidate
to the same order later; but an Organization can revert them to their previous status within this order.)

  • The system can automatically reject the Candidate (not accepted/onboarded yet) after the order is closed or filled (depending on the configuration).
Agency withdraws the Candidate in Applied, Shortlisted, or custom status (Optional).
  • Open (if there are no more

  • In Progress (if there are other

Agency accepts the offer.

Position is created: In Progress (Accepted)

Order: In Progress

 Accepted
Organization onboards the Candidate.

Position: Filled

Order: Filled (when all its positions are Filled.)

 Onboard
All Filled order positions reach the next day after their Actual End DateThe last day the Candidate will work., and no more unclosed positions are left in the order.

Closed

Offboard
Organization cancels a Candidate prematurely

Position: Closed

Order:

  • Closed (if there are no more

  • Filled or In Progress (if there are other Applied/Shortlisted/Custom/

Re-order statuses

  • The Candidates must have
    the Onboard status on the corresponding Open Per Diem order to accept re-orders.
Agency accepts the Candidate and offers a different bill rate. In Progress B.R Pending
Organization offers a different bill rate. In progress B.R. Offered

Agency accepts the Candidate without offering a different bill rate.

OR

Organization onboards the Candidate without offering a different bill rate.

Position is created: Filled

Re-order:

  • In Progress (if not the last position in the re-order.)
  • Filled (if the last position in the re-order.)
 Onboard
Organization/Agency rejects the Candidate
  • In Progress (if not the last position in the re-order.)
  • Open (if the last position in the  re-order.)
 Rejected
All Filled re-order positions reach the next day after their Actual End DateThe last day the Candidate will work., and no more unclosed positions are left in the re-order.
